There're mainly three steps to cut MP4 video with Torrent MP4 Video Cutter.

Step 1: Add a MP4 video source

Add a MP4 video from "File Menu/Open".
Or press Ctrl+O to open a video file, it could be MP4 video file.

Step 2: Set start-point and end-point for MP4 video cut

Set start point of the video clip with button to fix the start point, (you will see a blue mark on the bar).
And then set the end point by clicking the Set End Point button (you can see an orange mark on the bar).
