There're mainly three steps to cut RM video with Torrent RM Video Cutter.

Step 1: Add a RM video source

Add a RM video from "File Menu/Open".
Or press Ctrl+O to open a video file, it could be RM video file.

Step 2: Set start-point and end-point for RM video cut

Set start point of the video clip with button to fix the start point, (you will see a blue mark on the bar).
And then set the end point by clicking the Set End Point button (you can see an orange mark on the bar).

Now the RM video segment you want to cut is selected.

Step 3: Cut down RM video selection

Click the Cut Down Selection Button and a new RM video segment is added to the selection list of the RM video cutter on the right windows.

Then click the Start button to start RM video cut.
