There're mainly three steps to cut WMV video with Torrent WMV Video Cutter.

Step 1: Add a WMV video source

Add a WMV video from "File Menu/Open".
Or press Ctrl+O to open a video file, it could be WMV video file.

Step 2: Set start-point and end-point for WMV video cut

Set start point of the video clip with button to fix the start point, (you will see a blue mark on the bar).
